The courses offered by M-Squared Training Systems revolve around the sciences of Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Anatomy, Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Health & Wellness, as well as Physical Condition Assessment, just to name a few topics. These are the main guiding sciences that M-Squared Training Systems feel are the foundations for any custom and goal oriented exercise and wellness program. We bring these sciences to our clients and teach them how to apply the various sciences to help people achieve a healthier state of body and mind. Whether you want to improve performance on the field, coaching on the sidelines, thinking better in the boardroom or increased enjoyment of your time in the bedroom- resting that is! We are able to teach and implement programs that can improve the function of the human system’s hardware (body) and software (mind).

To that end, we will help the trainer to better instruct and communicate with the client. Just as well we want to help the client learn what is real and realistic, as well as what is not, relative to the changes possible for any human body to achieve. Bottom line genetics plays a huge role and we can help the client maximize their genetic potential. That means teaching people how to stop and avoid exercise “myths, fakes & lies”. If you know the differences between these “myths, fakes & lies” and real training science, we can help training professionals and individual clients avoid becoming frustrated with stale or bad training programs. Knowledge of real possible outcomes will help both professional and client gain some genuine, quantifiable, reproducible, REAL results.

And can often result from doing too much and not listening to your body when it is telling you to ‘chill out and take a break.’ Sometimes you have to take training down a notch and REST!
